Free University of Bolzano
The Free University of Bozen/Bolzano is the only trilingual university in Italy and at the same time one of the most important research institutions in South Tyrol. Founded in 1997, it has since then been dealing with questions of the environment, society, economy and technological innovation. One of the main focuses of its research is interdisciplinary cooperation and interaction with local companies.
In its role as an innovation and technology transfer centre, the ITG Salzburg acts as a mediator between science and business. The innovation service is well acquainted with the scientific needs of the economy and works closely with the research institutions, which strive for a stronger economic dissemination and application of their knowledge.
The Association "Confartigianato Imprese Vicenza", has been working since 1945 to protect and promote the values of the craft sector, small businesses and business associations in order to support the development of the territory and the processes of social and economic development; to represent its members and protect their interests; to provide them with information, assistance and consultation; to assist in the creation of new businesses; to promote modernisation and constant entrepreneurial innovation.

t2i – technology transfer and innovation
T2i supports companies in defining and developing innovative pathways through the establishment of networks for technology transfer and the deployment of value-added services for industries and organisations also by means of co-funding programmes at local and european level.
The Südtiroler Bauernbund (SBB) is one of the largest business associations in the country. As a lobbyist and service provider in one, it represents and consults over 21,000 member companies. According to its statutes, the aim of the Südtiroler Bauernbund is to strengthen the farming community in economic, social, cultural and political terms and to represent its members vis-à-vis authorities, trade unions and economic organisations.
